The highlight of our stay was the exceptional care received from front desk staff, Valeria. She was intimately knowledgeable about the area and made fabulous recommendations. She treated us like true friends and went out of her way to make sure we had arrangements - from dinner reservations to airport transportation. Overall spectacular communication from the host even as we planned our trip. The room was clean and we felt safe (there is a locked gate to enter the property, then another lock to enter the guest house). The private bathroom was directly attached to the room. The air conditioner worked and was quiet. The room overall was quiet and we did not hear other guests or noise from the street. The room had space for our luggage and the bed was a king bed (two twins next two each other), with two pillows. The bed was comfortable. The guest house is on the Top Floor (5th floor) of a building and there is a working lift, which was definitely nice.

Whenever I walked into the hallway, someone would smile at me and make me feel welcome. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had all of my needs met quickly and correctly. Their helpful attitude made me feel like I was a valuable guest, whether they were setting up transport or suggesting fun things to do in the area. The dedication of this hotel to providing excellent service is admirable, and I strongly advise anyone wanting an ‚memorable stay to book here.

Cute, big, fresh, nicely cleaned and with amazing AC. The picture of the room I post only shows the bed but it was a lot of space in the other direction, but got no picture of that.The host Valeria was super friendly and helpful, gave us a Rome map with highlights and recommendations on some food places which was very helpful.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

It’s close to the metro station, bus and tram and you have Colosseo in walking distance. A lot of nice caffes and restaurants near by. It’s not strictly in the old city center and for me it was a big plus, as the neighbourhood was calmer and less crowded.
